- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years current and strong fast paced CICU/CVICU experience required 2. Cases: Post open heart (CABG, Valves, Aortic repair), TAVR program, ICU diagnoses including septic shock, overdose, neurosurgery, stroke, post cardiac cath, post MI, cardiac tamponade, renal failure, GI surgeries, vascular surgery, DKA, Covid, ARDS 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CALS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating days/nights; 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule = 12 weekend shifts per 12 week contract 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
