Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (hard stop) 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Vascular Lab or Interventional Radiology Experience (accepts first-timers with this experience) 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DC License required; BSN preferred 4. License: DC license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days - 40 hours weekly; 1:1 patient ratios 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at submittal 9. Returning Staff: Must have been separated for minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; address must match driver's license 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Sitel modules must be completed within one week of signing contract; billable up to 4 hours, average 12 hours; completed pre-start and during orientation 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital for this unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Labs and DS appointment must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Two supervisor references required. Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms.
