- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of pediatric cath/EP experience required; bare minimum 2 years of specialty experience 2. Cases: 4 cases/day 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS, PALS required 4. License: Valid state license required at time of submission; For DC locations: must apply for DC license within 24-48 hours of signing; For MD locations: must have compact license or MD license; For VA locations: must have compact license or VA license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required - ability to be on site within 2 hours from call; every other weekend/holiday required for most units 8. RTO: All RTO must be on submittal; RTO submitted after offer will NOT be approved; no more than 1 week of RTO; one holiday guaranteed; if RTO is a full week, must add a week to contract 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone minimum of 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No mile restrictions for locals; locals accepted at same bill rate 11.
