Requirements
- Required certification: Cath Lab Tech
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years Cath Lab required, EP experience preferred; 3 years experience required 2. Cases: Coronary Angio/PCI, Vascular/AAA, Peripheral, IR, Neuro, Structural Heart, EP, Pacers/ICDs 3. Certifications: ARRT required, RCIS or ARRT, BLS and ACLS required; ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, CCI RCIS 4. License: WA licensed CVT required; must have applied for Washington state license at time of submission (do not need in hand, just proof of application) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Xper and Epic (Care Connect/Cupid); Epic experience preferred but not required 7. Shifts/Call: On call required 5-7 days a month; Call 1730-0700; 3 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: 3 days for auto offers, 7 days for regular offers; all RTO must be presented for review/approval before signing; any RTO needed after signing will not be approved; some holidays okay depending on unit 9. Returning Staff: Travelers must be separated from the PeaceHealth System for at least a year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60 miles local radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Must provide traveler statement for any background or license hits; facility asks if they feel remorseful; will not accept travelers with more than one DUI 12. Modules: Modules are not required 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Yes required; facility provides them 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Philips, CSI, Rotablator, Shockwave, Inari, Impella, IABP, FFR, IVUS, JestStream, AngioJet, TurboHawk Critical: Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19 required with medical/religious exemptions only). Two references from last two years required with at least one supervisor reference. First-timers accepted. Candidates expected to float to different units as needed.
