- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Advanced Cath lab- Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, PCI, Atherectomy, PFO closures, TAVR, Mitral clip, STEMI, Chest pain Center accreditation, Peripheral PCI, ECMO. Preferred: Coil Embolization, Ablations, Peripherals, Venous Access 3. Certifications: BLS/ACLS required; ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS, Fluoro Permit, ARRT Advanced Cert listed 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission; pending state license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner for charting; McKesson experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On call 1 week every 4 weeks; weekend coverage required; guaranteed 40 hours 8. RTO: 1 request restriction 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; candidates will float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 11. Background: Not specified 12.
