Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Cath Lab Tech
Shift: Days / 7a-3:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Holidays: call would be required – if they want to work holidays they can
Call requirement: Techs/response time 30 min – call team is one nurse and 2 techs, evening week day call requirement depends on needs – shift is 3:30pm-7am
Weekend Requirement – Techs: call is required for weekends – every other weekend, maybe more maybe less, weekend call is from 3:30pm on Friday to 7am on Monday
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 years’ experience
- BLS, Fluoro
- RCIS or ARRT
- EP lab experience is preferred
- Travel experience is preferred
Other Details:
- EMR/Equipment: Cerner – Xper
- Will have to float between IR, cath lab, and EP lab
- Common cases (IR &Cath lab): IR – venous placement, port-a-cath, fistula, biliarry tube, neph tube, IVC filter Cath lab – L & R caths, stemi’s, ICD’s, pacemaker, carotids, pheripherals EP lab – ablations, devices
