- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of experience required 2. Cases: 8-10 procedures per day; 6-8 STEMI cases per month; diagnostic & interventional cardiology cases, device implants (pacemakers & ICDs), peripheral diagnostics & interventions 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required; ARRT required; copies required at submission 4. License: KY license required; Active Compact or State License in Hand required at submission; ARRT required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: M-F with 1 rotating weekday off; call requirement 8-15 days/month & 1 weekend every 3 weeks; must accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12); must respond within 30 mins for STEMI alerts 8. RTO: Up to 7 days RTO considered; must be presented upfront with no changes; only one pre-approved time off; must work either major or minor holiday 9. Returning Staff: After working one year, must take minimum 6 month break before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must live 75+ miles from facility; no locals considered 11.
