- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Lab specializing in Cath, IR, EP and Neuro; position supports Cath and IR 3. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT CI, BLS, CCI RCIS or ARRT R required; BLS and ACLS required in hand 4. License: Wisconsin/compact license accepted (must get during compliance if pending) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 10 hour shifts 7am to 5:30pm, call 1-2 days per week, every third weekend; rotating weekday and weekend call required 8. RTO: Required upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Background hits accepted on case by case basis 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation, average 3-4 hours; recorded via facility report 13.
