- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Cath lab experience required for scrubbing cardiac cath cases/STEMI call 2. Cases: All cath IR (Permcath, fistula), EP (device, ablation, watchman), peripheral angiograms; NO neuro IR 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; must have either ARRT or RCIS 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Maclab for case charting, Meditech for facility; Maclab monitoring experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call required and alternating weekends; will be taking about 14-15 day/month call; submit no call requests ahead of contract 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
