- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; 1 year minimum; Level 1 trauma experience preferred 2. Cases: Interventional, Structural, Peds, Congenital, ECMO, Heart Failure, Transplant, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, PCI, Multiple Devices 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; PALS required before start (not at submission); ARRT required; EKG onboarding exam required; RTR or RTRCI license required; Kentucky State Radiation License KBMIRT required before assignment 4. License: KY Rad Tech License through ARRT required before start; Compact or KY State License required at submission; pending license acceptable at submission; WILL NOT accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic EHR and McKesson required 7. Shifts/Call: Four 10-hour shifts per week (0700-1730); 1 late call per week (5:30p-7:30p); 1 call shift per week (5:30p-7:00a); 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule (Friday 5:30p - Monday 7:00a) 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9.
