- Unit Notes:PROFILES ARE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE UNIT need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. Unit Cath Lab RCIS/CVT must have scrub experience for PCI/STEMI # suites/labs 2 beds Certs required for Techs -RCIS and BLS is required. Does not have to hold any radiology licenses. ***Must be able to scrub cardiac and peripheral cases.*** #cases per day on average 8 cases per day on average EMR/Equipment Cerner Charge Nurse Yes Cath lab/IR Techs Yes Call requirement - Techs/response time: Call as needed. In average 12 days a month which includes at least one weekend Friday 1730-monday 0700 response time is 30 min. Holidays Call for holidays. Assignments are rotating and assigned Scrub Color/provided Hospital provided scrubs Tele No Vents yes Cardiologist hours/on call IV Team Yes RT 24/7 yes Pharmacy 24/7 Yes Shifts Floating No Floor specific orientation depends on skill level - 1 or 2 shifts generally Common cases(IR &Cath lab) Cath - All cardiac invasive procedures, minus structural heart. Peripheral procedure; carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, peripheral diag and intervention IR - Peripheral procedure; carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, peripheral diag and intervention. No dirty procedures such as pegs, g tubes, nephew tubes etc . Additional Notes 2 years of cath lab experience is required. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:M-F 0700-1730 + required call Required Certifications:BLS Certification, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Verification
