Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; First time travelers OK 2. Cases: Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience required; IR experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; RCIS required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, Days, 7a-530p; Call required - 12 days in 8 week schedule, after hours during week 5p-7a and 24hrs on weekends; 2-3 weekends on call in 8 week period 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; No locals accepted; submission must include current DL to confirm address 11. Background: Will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Scrubs are provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Compliance deadline is 12 noon EST Wednesday prior to start date.
