Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Interventional Cath, Cardiac Stent Placement, Right & Left Heart catheterization, Rotablader, Thrombectomy, Stents, PCI, ptca and Balloon Angioplasty required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, RCIS or ARRT required 4. License: If traveler has ARRT, MD State License is required; must have either compact license or MD license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Day shifts (0630-1700); 1-2 call shifts weeknights Monday-Friday and 3-24 hours weekend call shift per month 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Previous MedStar employees must be separated minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; candidate address must match driver's license 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Facility-specific Sitel modules must be completed within one week of signing contract; billable up to 4 hours, average 12 hours duration; completed pre-start and potentially during orientation 13. Travel Experience: Must have 1 prior travel assignment 14. Scrubs: Scrubs provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Phillips, Mac Lab equipment; ACIST device preferred Critical: Labs and DS appointment must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Two supervisor references required.
