- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Must have experience in LHC, LHC PCI, RHC, Peripherals, IMPELLA, Balloon Pump, Rota 2. Cases: 25-30 cases daily; Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Right heart catheterization, Rotablader, Cardioversion 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; Must have either RCIS or ARRT (if ARRT, traveler MUST have state license as well) 4. License: VA license ACTIVE/IN HAND at time of submission required; pending licenses rejected 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; must provide statement of EPIC experience in past 1-year; must attend accelerated or 2-day EPIC class 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30); 2-3 call shifts per week with 1-2 call weekends in 6 weeks; 30 mile/30 min to campus for on-call 8. RTO: Keep to minimum; preferably no calendar week off; must be in initial submission; approved at manager discretion; expect to work some holidays 9.
