- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip), Interventional Radiology, Neurointervention, CRM Device implants 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) or RCIS required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license required (pending license accepted, takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; 1 on-call shift per week and every 4th weekend; some Saturdays required as regular shifts 8. RTO: Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment; must be included at submission; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated for minimum 3 months; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then require 6-month break 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted; must be 50+ miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
