- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years Cath lab experience required; 18 months required, 2 years preferred 2. Cases: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Right heart catheterization 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required at time of submittal; no pending certifications accepted 4. License: No license hits accepted; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required; guaranteed 36 hours for 12s, 40 hours for 8/10s 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO added later will likely not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; will float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles 11. Background: Facility does not accept any license hits; negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of start 12. Modules: 6-15 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually via SilkRoad; time sensitive modules need prioritization 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Ceil Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring Critical: Must be nicotine free with negative cotinine test. EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum. Two references from direct supervisor/manager required. Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start.
