- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required (18 months exp. required per compliance notes) 2. Cases: Interventional Cardiac Cath lab experience required; Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required as needed; will work 2-3 weekends per contract 8. RTO: Can auto-approve 5 days of non-holiday RTO or less; candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; Exception: OR RNs must be 50 miles or more from facility 11. Background: Background policy to be noted prior to submission so facility can seek approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start; modules sent Friday before start and must be completed by 4pm CST on first day 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
