Cases: Cardiac cath lab procedures (LHC, RHC, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, atherectomy, temp pacer, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, Mitraclip); diagnostic/interventional cath lab settings using fluoro 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; CCI RCIS preferred 4. License: Any active state license accepted (in hand or pending); Virginia will grant emergency authorization 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 7:30a-6p plus call; 7 on-call shifts and 5 late shifts per 6-week period; one full weekend call (Fri-Sun) and one Saturday elective shift per 6-week period; must return within 30 minutes when called 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission; one pre-approved time off per contract 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning; facility does not allow travelers to return after working 365 days despite separation period 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates not accepted; 100-mile radius rule; exceptions for 50-99.9 miles (one assignment, no extension) and under 50 miles (lower bill rate, no extension) 11.
