- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of pre and post interventional/Cath lab procedural care experience with background experience in ICU or ER confirming crisis management expertise in cardiac patient care 2. Cases: Pre and post op recovery of cardiac, vascular and Cath Lab/Interventional radiology patients; patient diagnoses include CAD, CA, HTN, Trauma, Post partum hemorrhage, Arrhythmias 3. Certifications: State license, ACLS, BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Standby required 4 days a month; every other weekend; patient ratios 3-4 (days/nights/weekends all 3:1); 14 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Always needs facility approval; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee must be gone for at least 6 months 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule 11.
