- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit accepts first time travelers 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, left and right heart catheterizations 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-14 call days per 6-week period, 1-2 weekends per 6-week period, must stay within 30 minutes of facility 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at submission; no holiday RTO if 1-2 holidays during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered if 3 holidays during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away 1 full year before applying as traveler; canceled or DNR travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
