- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred, 1.5 years hard stop minimum; 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Cath Lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI, cardiac stent placement, pacemaker insertion, TAVR, cardiac ablation, EP lab procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7 days on call per pay period (2 nights/week + 1 weekend/2 weeks); weekend coverage every other but may exceed to meet unit needs 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); RTO must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; no first-time travelers accepted (hard stop) 14. Scrubs: RN - Royal Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Impella, Balloon Pump Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. Must float between all facilities within state. Facility can call off once per two-week pay period.
