- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: EVAR, TEVAR, PCI, Stents, Carotid stents, IABP placements, Impellas, EP procedures, ablations; must have experience with STEMI; must have 2 of 3 areas: Cardiac interventional, Endovascular aneurysm procedures, and EP lab 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required for Medical Assistant 4. License: Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid participating compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 18 days of call in 8-week period; weekend coverage as needed, usually every other weekend 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days or less for ICU/MS/TELE/PCU if not on holiday; must work 2 out of 3 holidays; no RTO during first week 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must wait 12 months; return travelers ineligible if cancelled within 10 days of start; facility rehire approval needed 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; must be available for lab work within 72 hours of signing 11. Background: State releases required for GA, NV, NH, MA, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands 12. Modules: Average 6 hours, billable, completed during first week via LMS transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: RNs can wear any scrub color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not required 16. Special Equipment: 1 GE room, 1 Phillips room, 4 bay pre-post area Critical: Must float to pre/post cath lab and other areas as needed. RN must be comfortable as only RN on 3-person call team. Two professional references required.
