- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in Cath Lab required 2. Cases: AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, PVD 3. Certifications: ACLS required, BLS required, CCI RCIS preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission required 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday with call required (one night per week and every 4th weekend) 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after contract signing 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Impella, IABP, temp pacer, shockwave, DFR, IVUS, FFR Critical: Two professional references required (one must be manager/director). No coworker references accepted. Charge experience preferred. Patient ratio 3:1 days. 36 orientation hours.
