- Active California RN license required before start
- Unit Notes:Med Sol profile review need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. ***PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH RELIAS IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken** If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sac Unit Cath Lab **Will consider those that do not scrub** # suites/labs 2 beds Certs/ARRT - RN's - ACLS and BLS required #cases per day on average 8 cases per day on average EMR/Equipment Cerner Charge Nurse Yes Cath lab/IR Techs Yes Weekend Requirement - RN's Call required. Minimally every other weekend call from Friday 1530 to Monday 0700 Call Requirement - RN's/response time Yes. The average call days including weekends is 12. Assignments are rotating and assigned Scrub Color/provided Hospital provided scrubs Tele No Vents yes Cardiologist hours/on call IV Team Yes RT 24/7 yes Pharmacy 24/7 Yes Shifts 8 hr shifts. Varied shift with 7am start time generally. Floating No Floor specific orientation depends on skill level - 1 or 2 shifts generally Common cases(IR &Cath lab) Cath - All cardiac invasive procedures, minus structural heart. Peripheral procedure; carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, peripheral diag and intervention IR - Peripheral procedure; carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, peripheral diag and intervention. No dirty procedures such as pegs, g tubes, nephew tubes etc . Additional Notes 2 years of cath lab experience is required. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:2 Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:M-F 0700-1700 + call Required Certifications:ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS
