- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab experience, Cardiac Stent Placement, Right and Left heart catheterization required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 0700-1730; ON CALL REQUIRED 1730-0700 weeknights and weekends (Fri 1730-0700 Monday) 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum without client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Required; first timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy blue for RNs; L&D/OR provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Alaris pumps, FFR, angiojet, PV atherectomy, Defibrillator, Crash Cart Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. All travelers expected to float between facilities within state.
