Requirements
- Required certification: Case Management
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; must have home hospice case management experience, no exceptions; specialty experience within the last year required 2. Cases: Home hospice case management; census roughly 35-45 patients 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses must be through American Heart Association (AHA) 4. License: VA RN License required in hand at submittal or proof of compact license 5. Education: NIH and stroke education required for RNs at a
