- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in case management in a facility of like capacity (1000+ beds); willing to review 200+ bed experience candidates 2. Cases: Case managers cover all units at BJH except psych and women and infants; completing assessments, attending interdisciplinary rounds, initiating referrals 3. Certifications: ACM/CCM required; All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline; certifications not required at time of submittal unless noted 4. License: Missouri requires MO license or compact license in home state; Illinois requires license in hand at submission 5. Education: BSN required; academic experience preferred 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred; EPIC is charting system throughout BJC 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 40 hours, 7-3:30 or 8-4:30; every other weekend required; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13 week contract; no RTO first week; must be on submittal and cannot be changed 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; standard travelers can stay 18 months then take 3 month break 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75 mile radius accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays before start date 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; does not accept first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Patient ratio 20 during days; labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing; compliance deadline 3pm CST Monday before start date; references preferred at submittal.
