Experience: 2 years required; minimum 3 years inpatient Care Management Experience; recent acute care experience in hospital care management/discharge planning required (behavioral experience does not count) 2. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; weekends required every other weekend; no on-call required; floating between units required per unit needs 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel positions; must disclose previous Providence facility employment history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12.
