- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of acute, inpatient, hospital case management experience in the last 5 years required; at least 1 year of inpatient case management experience in the last 5 years (hard stop); travel experience preferred 2. Cases: RN case management for adult inpatient, ED and pediatric patients; inpatient medical/surgical/ED/pediatric experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; must be traditional AHA certifications, does not accept RQI; copies required 4. License: Valid state license preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit (highly preferred but not required per shift details) 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, variable weekends, up to one weekend shift per pay period; no on-call required; will float within scope to adult inpatient, ED and Peds 8. RTO: Maximum 7-10 days, must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks), add to end to make up for RTO 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted, same rates apply; will float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system for comprehensive lifetime background review 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 4.5 hours for RN, completed pre-start, recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Preferred but not required 14. Scrubs: Any color, no prints, provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Compliance deadline one week prior to start, labs within 48 hours of signing. References and extensive 7-year work history verification required. Relias exams require 85% or higher score. Start dates on Tuesdays for RNs.
