- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: RN Care Manager for inpatient adult units (medical/telemetry, ICU, general med, observation unit, ED); patient ratios 1:16-18 days, 1:32 weekends 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: OR license required (can submit with pending unless specified in job title) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling, weekends required as needed, no on-call, float required between acute departments and affiliate hospitals 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Any background hits require approval prior to submission 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start and annually via Workramp 13.
