- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Case Manager RN for inpatient adult units including medical/telemetry, ICU, general med, observation unit, ED; assists with discharge planning, durable medical equipment, home health, hospice, post-acute placements 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: OR license required (can submit with pending unless specified in job title) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; patient ratios days 18, weekends 32; weekend coverage required as needed; no on-call; 40 orientation hours 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
