Requirements
- Required certification: Case Management
- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 1 year of CM experience; 1 year of Oncology experience 2. Cases: Oncology and associated diagnoses 3. Certifications: BLS required; all required certs must be in-hand when applying; CPI Blue Card from Crisis Prevention Institute required for ER nurses (MAB or Online CPI Blue certification not accepted); Float Pool nurses must get CPI Blue Card 4. License: Valid CA State License required in-hand when applying; EMSA not accepted 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; must be noted in traveler's work history 7. Shifts/Call: M-F, 5x8s, Days 8. RTO: No RTO within first two weeks; Max 7 days per 13-week contract preferred; all RTO must be on submittal and cannot be changed; screenshot of traveler confirming RTO required when applying 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone minimum of 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; accepts first time travelers 11. Background: No Nursys or background hits accepted 12. Modules: Billable, average 4-8 hours; completed during orientation or at home post-start; annual modules are non-billable; self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Not required; accepts first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16.
