Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS 2. Cases: Case Management and Utilization Review, Discharge planning, Needs Assessment, Order DME, Plan of Care required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education Verification through a 3rd party required; Facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, Days, 7a-530p, Monday - Friday, variable days 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius; No Locals accepted; submission MUST include current DL to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; unit based hours vary 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Compliance requires FULL file by 12 noon EST Wednesday prior to start date.
