- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (note: 2 years minimum mentioned in compliance section) 2. Cases: Acute Care Experience, Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience required; strong preference for diverse CM experience including Med Surg, LLOS, ED 3. Certifications: BLS, RN Licensure required 4. License: WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs required 5. Education: RN or MSW 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x8 Days, every other weekend required, will float between all areas of hospital including Colby and Pacific campuses 8. RTO: 5 days offered, must include all RTO at time of submittal, must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies, no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of background or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours, completed pre-start and annually, over 20 hours requires PM approval, self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color permitted except reddish orange 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: All travelers expected to float regularly between various like units within skill set.
