Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (2 years minimum unless otherwise noted in general policy) 2. Cases: Acute Care Experience, Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience required; strong preference for diverse CM experience - Med Surg, LLOS, ED 3. Certifications: BLS, RN Licensure required 4. License: WA license in-hand required for CNA and LPN jobs; WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs 5. Education: RN or MSW 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x8 Days; every other weekend required; float required between all areas including Colby and Pacific Campus 8. RTO: 5 days offered; must include all RTO at time of submittal; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color (no reddish orange permitted) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must have 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last three years. Patient ratio 25-30. Guaranteed 72 hours per 2 week period. Behavioral health experience does not count as acute care hospital experience.
