- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Case management/care coordination/discharge planning experience in acute hospital setting; experience with facility placement to SNF, IRF, LTC, and LTAC; experience setting up post-acute care needs 3. Certifications: BLS required; RN license applicable in Missouri; BSN-RN; ACM/CCM preferred; ACLS required by compliance deadline 4. License: Missouri RN license or compact license required; compact license must match permanent residence state 5. Education: BSN-RN required 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call every 6th weekend, 8-4:30 Saturday and Sunday remote; every other weekend required 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be specified on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12.
