Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Management
Shift: Days/ 8a-4:30p, 7.5×5, 37.5hrs/week, M-F
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirements: Occasionally (rare- with manager approval). Caseload on weekends is different. May be asked to cover multiple units if covering a weekend or a holiday.
Holiday Requirements: Occasionally (rare- with manager approval)
Requirements:
- NY license
- 1 year of inpatient case management experience
- PRI (Patient Review Instrument) Certification
- SCREEN Training Certification
- BLS
- Prefer some Utilization Review experience
- Prefer prior critical care experience
- Prefer some knowledge of CarePort, MCG, and/or InterQual

Requirements
- Required certification: Case Management
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes Department: Case Management *Required Certifications: BLS* - Other Certifications/Specialty certifications requirements?: PRI & SCREEN certifications (can be taken online through the School of Albany- typically take a couple hours for each certification; Cost approx. $300/certification) - https://www.health.ny.gov/forms/doh-695_faq.htm - Role: Expected to have knowledge of discharge planning and making referrals. Will typically be working on a MS or Tele unit and will split the floor
