- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; will accept first-time traveler with inpatient hospital/acute care experience 2. Cases: 15 cases daily; inpatient case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement and social issues for safe discharges 3. Certifications: BLS preferred; AHA only for BLS/ACLS/PALS; CPI Certificate required (Calm Every Storm online version only); NRP or AAP only 4. License: MD state license or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days, Monday through Friday (08:00-16:30); on-call not required; holidays required as scheduled 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission; cannot exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to contract; one major holiday off during winter season allowed 9. Returning Staff: Must be away 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away 6 months from system 10. Travel/Local: Locals under 50 miles not allowed; permanent residence must be 50+ miles from hospital; floating required between Bel Air and Aberdeen facilities (10 mile radius) 11.
