- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute care hospital experience required 2. Cases: Case Manager - discharge planning 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACM certification preferred; AK RN License required in hand for Auto Offer 4. License: AK RN license required in hand for Auto Offer (pending license allowed for screening, takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (negotiable with right candidate) 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days (varying times from 0700-1700), no on-call required, weekend coverage every other weekend or 4 weekend days in 4 weeks 8. RTO: Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment of 5 days or less; no holiday RTO for Auto Offer; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then required 6-month break 10.
