Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have MS and oncology experience (1 year minimum); Heme Onc experience strongly preferred; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of CURRENT specialty experience for clinical pass 2. Cases: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Amyloidosis, Aplastic Anemia, Chronic Leukemia, CLL, CML, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Myeloproliferative Disorders, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred; Oncology Certified preferred; chemo certification NOT required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 12D/N rotating contract may include days, nights, or combination based on department needs; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week period 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Travel experience required; locals accepted at same rate; float required to other MedSurg Oncology units 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 72 orientation hours 13.
