Travel Nurse (RN) LTAC (Long Term Acute Care) Middlebury, VT

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - LTAC

Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 16-26 weeks

A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Floating required. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements:

VT license
A minimum of 1 year of experience
Prior travel required
BLS
EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
Dementia capable care certification preferred
