Requirements:

NY License
Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program
Masters degree in Nursing
Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
BLS
