Travel Nurse (RN) Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) Tulsa, OK

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local RN - Stepdown/Cardiac Telemetry - 5E

Shift: Nights, 6:30p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week

Duration: 13 weeks

On-call required. Will be required to work up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period and holidays if the department has a need.

Requirements:

OK License
2 years of experience
Must be able to work in a stressful environment
BLS, NIH Certification

Other Details:

Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required
28-bed cardiac telemetry unit, caring for all cardiac needs including post-op care
Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4-6
Unit supported by PCTs and a Healthcare Unit Coordinator
Virtual sitter monitoring and monitor techs available for telemetry patients
Level I trauma center serving a population of all ages
Locals accepted
