Travel Nurse (RN) Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) Spokane, WA

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Cardiac PCU

Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, Every other weekend

Length: 19 weeks

No on call, able to pick up extra shift if interested
Holiday Expectations: 2 of 3 holidays can be expected

Requirements:

WA License
2 years of strong cardiac or PCU experience
Able to care for cardiovascular patient, identify, interpret rhythms, epidurals, chest tubes
Cardiac Drip Management: nitro, heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, dopamine (fixed rate), dobutamine (fixed rate)
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS

Other Details:

EMR: EPIC
IV Pumps: Alaris
Med Dispensing: Pyxis
Patient Ratios: 1:3-4
Traveler are first to float; MedSurg units, ICU - to cover overflow assignment
Will accept a first-time traveler
Scrub Color: Any solid color, professional. No graphics, logos, or designs
