Travel Nurse (RN) ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Spokane, WA

$2,103 to $2,353 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - ICU

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 16 or 21 weeks

Every other weekend rotation
Holiday Expectations: 1-2 Holidays per season (summer/winter)

Requirements:

WA License
2 Year minimum experience in the ICU
Skills required: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication titration, Proning, knowledgeable about hypothermia protocol, chest tubes, drains, invasive line monitoring (a-lines, CVP)
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Strongly prefers travel experience (we could be lenient with this if the ICU experience is reasonable)
Stronger in Medical than CV/surgical is preferred

Other Details:

Charting System/Equipment: EPIC, BD Alaris IV Pumps, Pyxis (medication dispensing)
Floating: Respiratory Unit (Medical Floor), Surgical Floor, Telemetry Floor, PCU; ED to be helping hands, transport, sitting, task based
Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 (based on acuity, lower acuity 3rd patient)
