Shift: Nights, 6:45p-7:15a, 12x1, 12hrs per week
Length:13 weeks

Requirements:

TN active license
2 years of experience
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS
Epic experience within the last 12 months

Other Details:

EMR: Epic
Ratio: 1:4
COVID/Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemption requests accepted for COVID)

Requirements

- 2 year of experience

- TN Active license

- Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

- Work Settings :cardiac, pulmonary, neuro, orthopedic, oncology, urology, and medical-surgical services.

- Must have EPIC Experience within the last 12 months

- 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year

Shift Details

- Days 0645-1915

Nights - 1845-0715

- 12 hour shifts available

Additional Details

- Charting system: Epic

- Scrubs : Royal Blue

- 1 year separation period for previous perm employees

- COVID/Flu Vaccinations (medical/religious exemption requests accepted for Covid)
