Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN Allied - PT Inpatient Rehab

Shift: Days / 8a-4p, 8x1, 8hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • CA License
  • 1 year of Inpatient Rehab patient care experience
  • Experience providing patient care in acute care hospitals and acute rehab/IRF patient care settings
  • AHA BLS

    Requirements
    - 1 year of Inpatient Rehab patient care experience
    - DPT Doctoral degree (BS if graduated prior to 2010)
    - Ability to float to all UCSF locations
    - CA PT license
    - AHA BLS
    - 2 Supervisory references from most recent place of employment
    - working with patients with orthopedic, cardiac, neurologic, and general med/surg diagnoses
    - Must be available to work 2 weekend day shifts per month.
    - Experience providing patient care in acute care hospitals and acute rehab/IRF patient care settings.
    Orientation Details
    - 24-40 hours of orientation. 3-5 days at 8 hours. Depends upon clinicians experience.
    - Prefer consecutive orientation dates, but can accommodate splitting it up. All dates will need to be completed within 3 weeks from start.
    Shift Detail
    - 8 hour day shifts

    - 1 year Separation period
