Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Every 7th Weekend, no call
Length: 10 weeks

Requirements:

LSW in the State of Minnesota
2+ Years Hospital Social Working Experience
Discharge Planning Experience
All Patient Populations Experience
BLS
LSW
Epic Experience
