Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Shift: Days, 8a-5p, M-F, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

CA license
1 year experience
BLS
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD), or foreign equivalent (required only if licensed on or after January 2007)
Home Health experience preferred

Other Details:

Home health agency serving the community with personalized in-home care
Plans and conducts treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions; serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
Completes evaluations, individualized treatment/care/discharge plans, and clinical documentation within established deadlines; supervises assigned assistants
All required vaccinations are a condition of employment (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
