Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Holiday Expectations: based on scheduled days from facility

Requirements:

KY License
2 years experience
Insulin gtt, heparin gtt all units, amio gtt, high flow all units, stable bipap all Blood admin, traction, skeletal, bucks, drains, JP, CT, wound dressings, wound vac management
BLS
NIHSS
3 years experience preferred

Beds: 16
Patient Ratios: RN: 1:4-6
